Extended Leave From School

In line with school procedures, parents or guardians who plan to take their child out of school for non-school-related reasons for more than three days must formally apply to the Principal in writing. Click here for a copy of the Extended Leave Application form, or you can pick up a copy from the management centre. Please complete the form and return it to school, either by email or to the management centre.
